Paula, You won't believe what just happened! After you left last week, I started to think about the package that you gave me and when I decided to put it aside until after January for the spring market you know--I got a call from Barbara and she told me she has a deal on her house. She told me that she had used you and was very happy with the work you did. Thats why she sold it she says.I got right to work and started working on the 10 points you gave me and the house looks so good. I would like you to see it now and give me an idea of what I need to do with the entry way. I want to list it right away and I want you to list it too!
